We've partnered with Free Wills Month to give our supporters the opportunity to have a simple Will written or updated for free.
What is Free Wills Month?
͵ÅÄ͵¿ú supporters who are 55 or over can have a simple Will written or updated for free by a participating solicitor.
Having an up-to-date Will is the best way to ensure your wishes are followed and your loved ones are looked after.
There's no obligation to leave a gift in your will to ͵ÅÄ͵¿ú. However, after you've left something for your loved ones, a gift in your Will could one day make a huge difference to an older person’s life. It could be a lifeline for anyone who's struggling – from providing weekly friendship calls to older people to helping vulnerable people access the vital information, advice and services that they need. We hope you'll consider leaving a gift in your Will to ͵ÅÄ͵¿ú.
When can I take part in Free Wills Month?
Free Wills Month takes place in March and October every year, and it will be returning in October 2024.
As Free Wills Month is very popular, appointments are always limited and are allocated on a first come, first served basis. We recommend you book with your chosen solicitor and take part as soon as you can.

How much does it cost?
Free Wills Month covers the cost of simple Wills. Having a simple Will written or updated is free. However, if the Will is more complex and needs additional work, the solicitor may ask you to pay the balance yourself.
We recommend that you let your chosen solicitor know at the outset about what type of Will you want and ask them to confirm if there'll be any additional charges associated with the type of Will you need.
