Join us for the 2024 Leeds Abbey Dash

͵͵'s Leeds Abbey Dash is Yorkshire's oldest and best-loved 10k, now in its 38th year.

Whether you're looking for a new PB or a reason to get a bit fitter, you belong in Leeds. Join us on the city centre start line for a 10k that changes lives – helping ͵͵ support older people in Yorkshire and across the UK.

When? Sunday 13 October 2024, 9.30am 

What's included? Closed-road route, chip timings, text results, a medal, and finish line goodies

Ticket entries

Standard entry for individuals and teams. Runners must be at least 15 years old on the event day.

Discounted entry to ͵͵'s Leeds Abbey Dash for UKA members.

A fantastic event for junior runners, aged 8 to 14, which takes place just before the main 10k race.

When is the closing date for entries?

Entries will close at midday on Tuesday 8th October, or when capacity is reached – whichever is sooner.

What do I get in my race pack?

We'll send you your running number, timing chip - and if you bought one, we'll post your official Leeds Abbey Dash 2024 technical t-shirt in early October. Your Race Day guide with details of everything you need to know about the day will also be emailed to you in October.
